About the Folivis routine

What is Folivis?

Folivis is a scalp-first hair-care system built around three separate roles: RESET for rinse-off cleansing, SUPPORT for once-daily leave-in scalp care, and NOURISH as an optional adult nutrition step.

Do I need all three products?

No. Each Folivis product can be purchased and used for its own role. Choose the Complete System only when you want RESET, SUPPORT and NOURISH together.

How do I use SUPPORT?

Apply the Triple Peptide Density Serum once daily to a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp. Part the hair, distribute the serum across areas of concern, massage gently and leave it in. Do not rinse.

How do I use RESET?

Apply the Scalp Reset Shampoo to wet hair and scalp, massage gently into a lather and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. Use it as the cleansing step in your routine rather than as a treatment claim.

How do I use NOURISH?

Adults take four capsules daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Review the full ingredient list and warnings before use. NOURISH is optional and is not required to use RESET or SUPPORT.

Does SUPPORT contain minoxidil?

No. SUPPORT is a cosmetic leave-in scalp serum and does not contain minoxidil.

What is in the SUPPORT serum?

The current formula includes Copper Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, caffeine, niacinamide, Zinc PCA and additional cosmetic-support ingredients.

How quickly should I judge a scalp serum?

A single day or photo is not a useful way to judge a hair or scalp routine. Consistency, comparable photos and a record of other changes make progress easier to interpret. See How long should I use a scalp serum before judging it?

What if my hair loss is sudden, patchy or rapidly changing?

Persistent, sudden, patchy or rapidly progressive hair loss—and scalp symptoms such as pain or significant inflammation—can justify professional evaluation rather than relying only on cosmetic products.

What is the return policy?

Buying and routine questions

Which Folivis product should I start with?

If you are not sure, use Quiz & Check. RESET is the rinse-off cleansing role, SUPPORT is the once-daily leave-in scalp role, and NOURISH is optional adult nutrition. You do not need all three to start.

Can both men and women use Folivis?

The current RESET and SUPPORT products are not separated into men's and women's formulas. NOURISH is an adult dietary supplement with its own warnings and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Can I use SUPPORT if I already use minoxidil?

SUPPORT does not contain minoxidil. This quiz and store do not advise stopping, replacing or changing a minoxidil routine. If you plan to layer products, follow the minoxidil directions and any clinician guidance that applies to you; the finished Folivis + minoxidil combination has not been established as a clinical treatment regimen.

Will SUPPORT make my hair feel greasy?

SUPPORT is formulated as a lightweight leave-in scalp serum. Apply it to the scalp rather than coating the hair lengths. Individual feel varies with amount used, hair type and other products in the routine.

How long does each product last?

NOURISH contains 120 capsules and is a 30-day supply at the current serving of four capsules daily. RESET and SUPPORT usage duration varies with washing frequency, scalp area and the amount used each time, so Folivis does not publish a fixed number of days for every user.

Is the Complete System a subscription?

No. The current Folivis products and Complete System are sold as one-time purchases. If subscription options are introduced later, the purchase terms will be shown clearly before checkout.

Can I buy RESET and SUPPORT without taking NOURISH?

Yes. NOURISH is optional. RESET and SUPPORT can be used as the cleansing and leave-in topical roles without adding a supplement.

How long should I use a routine before judging it?

Hair and scalp changes are better judged with consistent use and comparable photos over time than from a single day or image. SUPPORT and the Complete System are configured for the 150-day Folivis Hair Journey, which is a tracking framework—not a promise that a specific result will occur by day 150.
