Folivis includes cinnamic acid from Cinnamomum cassia. A 2024 Scientific Reports paper (Kageyama et al.) describes cinnamic acid acting on oxytocin receptors (OXTR) in human dermal papilla cells and supporting hair peg-like sprouting in follicle organoids.
